Management strategies for the formation of high-performance teams

Abstract

This section begins, highlighting the theoretical information provided by Padilla Castro et al., (2021), for whom the concentration of strategies applied in modern management requires an adequate administrative process, so that managers understand the interpretation of the objectives and the importance of transforming them into actions through the planning, management, direction and control of the various activities carried out in the different areas of the organization, thereby seeking to achieve goals efficiently and effectively. Consequently, "the functions performed have as a final result the fulfillment of the organizational purposes, in accordance with the management levels". (p.221).
