Prospective strategic analysis from a pedagogical transformational leadership of the educational institutions of the city of Yopal Casanare Colombia
Abstract
The department of Casanare in Colombia has a poor quality compared to other departments in the country. For this reason, the research project aimed to carry out a prospective strategic analysis from a transformational pedagogical leadership of the basic and secondary education institutions of the city of Yopal. To this end, the questionnaire "the level of pedagogical leadership in educational institutions 2018" is adjusted according to the needs of this study. The results, after applying the online questionnaire and using the strategic planning tools, to nine (9) managers and teachers of educational institutions, enabled the identification of variables determining success and strategic actions contributing to the improvement of educational quality. It is evident that educational institutions present the following picture of negative variables; little teamwork, generating disorientation to the achievement of mission and vision. In addition to the lack of inter-institutional spaces for CTeI. Finally, the implementation of the training program in pedagogical innovation and research is the highest priority strategy. Oriented in future scenarios: Education mediated by ICTs, Education with internationalization and Education oriented with new pedagogical strategies.
