Del Ser al Devenir Docente ante la Inteligencia Artificial: Una Reflexión en el Contexto Universitario

Este ensayo reflexiona sobre la resignificación del ser docente universitario ante la transformación de la producción, circulación y mediación del conocimiento asociada con la inteligencia artificial generativa. Se parte de los hallazgos de un estudio cualitativo fenomenológico-hermenéutico realizado con cuatro docentes universitarios, a partir del cual se construyó una Estructura Semántica Ontológica del Ser Docente configurada en las dimensiones humana, epistémica, pedagógica y social, permitiendo una reinterpretación hermenéutico-teórica de segundo orden. Estos hallazgos se ponen en diálogo con literatura científica reciente sobre inteligencia artificial, educación superior, identidad y agencia docente, mediación pedagógica y responsabilidad ética. La reflexión muestra que la inteligencia artificial no debe comprenderse únicamente como una innovación instrumental ni como un mecanismo de sustitución de funciones docentes, sino como una condición que modifica las relaciones con los estudiantes, el conocimiento, la enseñanza y la comunidad universitaria. De este diálogo emerge la categoría interpretativa devenir docente, entendida como un proceso permanente de reconstrucción de saberes, prácticas, relaciones y responsabilidades frente a las transformaciones del contexto educativo y del conocimiento. Se concluye que la centralidad del docente se desplaza desde la posesión de información hacia la capacidad de interpretarla, validarla, contextualizarla y dotarla de sentido educativo, preservando al mismo tiempo la relación pedagógica, la agencia humana y la responsabilidad social. El aporte conceptual del ensayo radica en proponer el devenir docente como clave para comprender la transformación profesional en contextos universitarios mediados por inteligencia artificial.
