Preface
Validity of Law in Latin America: Vision and Perspectives
Abstract
The validity of law in Latin America, as analyzed by scholars of the subject, is a complex issue, marked by the influence of Roman law, legal tradition, and the need to adapt to diverse social and political contexts. Although many countries share a civil law system based on legal codes, the interpretation and application of the law varies considerably. In addition, the region faces significant challenges in guaranteeing human rights and the rule of law.
