Gamificación, Autorregulación y Gestión Conductual en Alumnado con TDAH y TEA en Educación Primaria: Una Revisión Sistemática

Resumen

Esta revisión sistemática examinó la evidencia empírica sobre gamificación aplicada a la gestión conductual de estudiantes neurodivergentes de educación primaria, particularmente con trastorno por déficit de atención e hiperactividad (TDAH) y trastorno del espectro autista (TEA). Siguiendo el protocolo PRISMA 2020, se analizaron 17 estudios empíricos en acceso abierto, publicados entre 2021 y 2025, evaluados mediante los criterios de calidad JBI y sintetizados temáticamente en torno a cinco preguntas de investigación. Los resultados identifican siete tipos de estrategias gamificadas: aplicaciones con inteligencia artificial adaptativa, realidad virtual, exergames, intervenciones cognitivo-físicas, contenido de terapia digital personalizado y juegos de mesa cooperativos, con efectos favorables y estadísticamente significativos sobre la atención sostenida, el control inhibitorio, los síntomas del TDAH, las funciones ejecutivas, las habilidades sociales y el rendimiento académico. Estos efectos convergen con evidencia neurofisiológica y se sustentan en siete marcos teóricos que articulan el condicionamiento operante, la neurociencia de la recompensa y las teorías motivacionales y del aprendizaje. No obstante, el corpus muestra una concentración geográfica marcada en Asia Oriental, ausencia casi total de evidencia latinoamericana, escasez de seguimientos longitudinales, predominio de contextos clínicos sobre escolares, y omisión sistemática de la función conductual subyacente a la conducta que se busca modificar. Se concluye que la gamificación cuenta con fundamento empírico sólido, pero que su traslación a aulas inclusivas reales, atendidas por docentes generalistas, requiere investigación adicional culturalmente situada y metodológicamente más precisa.
