Objective: To substantiate a multidimensional model that expands health toward happiness, well-being, and flourishing by integrating personal, relational, material, and digital factors. Methodology: A theoretical-propositional study supported by an integrative review of the biopsychosocial model, subjective and eudaimonic well-being, self-determination, positive psychology, meaning, social determinants, capabilities, occupational health, and digital well-being. Results: The Integral Model of Human Well-Being with Soul (MIBHA) is formulated around eight dimensions—body, thought, emotions, transcendence, social life, professional life, finances, and technology—and five cross-cutting mechanisms: resources, agency, regulation, connection, and meaning. A theory of change, ten propositions, a preliminary 40-item scale, indicators, implementation phases, and ethical safeguards are developed. Conclusions: Well-being cannot be reduced to a score, an individual habit, or the absence of disease. It requires real capabilities, fair environments, and responsible governance. MIBHA offers a testable basis for research and intervention without replacing clinical diagnosis or treatment. Its original contribution lies in separating life domains from cross-cutting mechanisms, treating technology as a constitutive dimension, and introducing a non-compensation principle for severe deprivation.
