PREFACE
Traceability in research
Abstract
A global definition of traceability is required, since according to the opinion of various authors there is no unification of criteria in this regard, there are key terms such as tracking and monitoring that are used incoherently, which creates confusion among those who use it. In this sense, because there are different traceability definitions, the creation of a conceptual framework that regulates it for its implementation is not allowed. Although several definitions share common aspects and characteristics such as: tracking, location, tracking and entity; finding the main differences when referring to the entity to be drawn.
