Abstract

The article aims to analyze the incidence of the organizational climate as a determining factor of job satisfaction in teachers of the Buenavista Educational Institution. For which a descriptive research has been developed within the quantitative approach, applying a survey to 23 teachers and 2 managers, in which the factors that affect the organizational climate, its characteristics and both external and internal factors are investigated, that affect said job satisfaction. The instrument is made up of ten questions for the sociodemographic and situational characterization of the teachers, as well as thirty-six items with different indicators, the results are synthesized, also presented, in frequency tables and statistical graphics for analysis and interpretation. The results show, as the presence of the armed conflict or mental health problems, negatively affect the activities that correspond to the institution staff, in the same way in their satisfaction, student academic performance, alteration of public order, in addition of the feelings of anguish, anxiety and unhappiness of the entire educational community. In conclusion, the Buenavista district presents serious public order problems due to the presence of groups outside the law, harassment, confrontations, alterations in community activities, which become a factor with negative influence on satisfaction Even though it is a foreign aspect to the institution, it generates alterations in daily activities, suspension of classes, feelings of anguish, high degrees of stress and psychological effects in both managers, teachers, students, and the community in general.
