Abstract
Highlighting the importance of managerial leadership in educational management aimed at creating and sustaining a collaborative professional culture, leads to the approach of this managerial leader, educational management, its influence with teaching work, the identification of different types of leadership and reflect on the proposed institutional culture. Methodologically assuming the bibliographic documentary review under the qualitative paradigm, with a data collection technique located in the observation and analysis of the explored documents. Among the relevant conclusions, the changes derived from globalization, educational policies and the Covid-19 Pandemic, influenced the education sector worldwide. In turn, global nuances in terms of competencies and skills must be assumed to achieve a multidisciplinary educational system. Directive leadership influences the job satisfaction of teachers, inspires, projects confidence. Finally, various types of managerial leadership emerge, which influence the resolution of labor conflicts, and the collaborative culture is shown to be an important resource for the future of teaching and learning.
