Theoretical reflections on Metamotivation and Coexistence: human conditions based on complementarity, cooperation and sustenance in common with life
Abstract
Organizations are in constant processes of change and transformation as a result of the work of man, characterized since the beginning of his time by his ability to question himself and his past; allowing us to make history and build a life for the future. From there arises the motivation of this article, which has as its purpose Theoretical reflections on metamotivation and coexistence: human conditions based on complementarity, cooperation and feeling in common with life, carrying out a theoretical-documentary review. For its development, a theoretical comparison is made of authors such as Hernández and Seijo (2014), Conill (2023), Ferrer (2023), Elegido (2016), among others. To achieve the objective, a traditional or narrative review was carried out that consisted of an exhaustive search and analysis of the literature on the topic, including both classic works and recent scientific articles, highlighting bibliometric research and systematic reviews as categories of research. documentary, with its own explicit methods and whose current trend is, mainly, the search online or in academic databases present on the Internet, without excluding the possibility of the analysis of printed documents not digitized until now, as is still done in some disciplines of the social sciences. It is concluded that to face this entire situation, the mentality needs to be redirected, adopt analytical knowledge, digital tools, formation of the entire workforce and practices inspired by a purpose.
