Abstract

Knowledge management in universities involves systematic processes to apply organizational knowledge, identifying, capturing, sharing and finally, using it. According to a study published in Horizontes Magazine (2023), by Tasayco-Jala, Rojas-Gutiérrez, & Rouillon-Apagüeño, knowledge management is essential for the development of skills and abilities in the members of organizations, allowing significant improvements in their relevance in the market. The study concludes that an adequate knowledge management in 4.0 organizations facilitates the development of their collaborators and, therefore, a better competitive position.
