The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence and digital platforms has ceased to be a future promise and has instead become the core fabric upon which work, education, and daily life are restructured. This issue of EOnlineTech journal brings together research that critically examines this transformation from a profound humanistic and sociotechnical perspective. The presented studies invite us to question the limits of automation and to investigate how emerging technologies impact autonomy, well-being, and social dynamics.
