Abstract
A Organizations are in constant processes of change and transformation as a result of the adverse situation that plagues society worldwide. The objective of this article is to analyze Human Talent Management based on ethical behavior, honesty and cooperation: a triad within organizations; By conducting a theoretical-documentary review, it is found that any decision carries responsibility on the part of the person who makes it. It is concluded that to face all this situation the mentality needs to be redirected, adopt analytical knowledge, digital tools, conformation of the entire workforce and practices inspired by a purpose. This is how teamwork is the key to the success of any corporate environment; The effort of the different members is enhanced by reducing the time of action and improving the results.
