The sphere of Human Resources Management in times of pandemic: a purpose in the 21st century

Abstract

Organizations are in constant processes of change and transformation as a result of the pandemic situation that plagues our society worldwide. The objective of this article is to analyze the sphere of human resources management in times of pandemic: a purpose in the 21st century, carrying out a theoretical-documentary review, it is found that they face transformations that affect the opportunity to reinvent work and promote the business value after the pandemic. It is concluded that to face all this situation the mentality needs to be redirected, adopt analytical knowledge, digital tools, conformation of the entire workforce and practices inspired by a purpose.
