Leadership from the perspective of the authors: A theoretical approach

Abstract

This work was developed with the purpose of analyzing leadership from the perspective of the authors, making a theoretical approach. To this end, an investigation was developed under the guidelines of a qualitative post-positivist approach, documentary type and bibliographic design. Being used databases, books, institutional repositories, degree works and scientific articles as sources of information. Implementing in the same way, documentary observation techniques, bibliographic collection and content analysis. The findings leave clear evidence that the authors examined agree that leadership is a fundamental element of great importance, since it contributes to the alignment of human talent with the organizational objectives and goals, contributing to the changes in the environment being assumed. proactively, to be able to manage new and innovative processes that are sustainable over time. Consequently, developing an analysis from the various theoretical positions formulated, made it possible to find the different elements of leadership that have been consolidated over time in all contexts. Emphasizing that each of the approaches, models and theories have contributed with significant contributions in the effective management of organizational processes.
