Abstract

To start the thematic, we review the contributions of Buitrago and El Kadi (2019), who state that:
Currently, public and political organizations in globalized countries have sought the development of effective strategies over and above those already in existence, thereby warning those outlined by the administrative sciences. In the modern world, issues such as reforming leadership, mentoring, empowerment, neuromarketing, among others, seek to offer public management the know-how with which to achieve the aspirations set forth by the latter, as well as to satisfy generic needs. For this reason, those who exercise public power from within state and municipal organizations do not give up in the face of political, economic, social and even international law fluctuations, seeking various maneuvers approached in an interdisciplinary manner, giving rise to a sort of linkage with the natural sciences, as an intelligent alternative to the global scenario (p.112).
