Más Allá de la Salud: Modelo Integral de Felicidad, Bienestar y Florecimiento Humano

Resumen

Objetivo: fundamentar un modelo multidimensional que amplíe la comprensión de la salud hacia la felicidad, el bienestar y el florecimiento, integrando factores personales, relacionales, materiales y digitales. Metodología: investigación teórico-propositiva sustentada en revisión integradora de literatura sobre modelo biopsicosocial, bienestar subjetivo y eudaimónico, autodeterminación, psicología positiva, sentido, determinantes sociales, capacidades, salud ocupacional y bienestar digital. Resultados: se formula el Modelo Integral de Bienestar Humano con Alma (MIBHA), compuesto por ocho dimensiones -cuerpo, pensamiento, emociones, trascendencia, vida social, vida profesional, finanzas y tecnología- y cinco mecanismos transversales: recursos, agencia, regulación, conexión y significado. Se desarrolla una teoría del cambio, diez proposiciones, una escala preliminar de 40 ítems, indicadores, fases de implementación y salvaguardas éticas. Conclusiones: el bienestar no puede reducirse a una puntuación, un hábito individual ni ausencia de enfermedad. Requiere capacidades reales, entornos justos y gobernanza responsable. El MIBHA ofrece una base contrastable para investigación e intervención, sin sustituir diagnóstico ni tratamiento clínico. La contribución original reside en separar dominios vitales de mecanismos transversales, incorporar la tecnología como dimensión constitutiva y aplicar un principio de no compensación ante privaciones graves.
