Abstract

In 12 chapters and 308 pages, the author of the book takes her readers through a bibliographic tour, where she explains school neuropsychology from different perspectives. According to Arévalo Parra:
There are specific strategies to improve cognitive, academic, socio-emotional deficits, for example, learning disorders and attention deficit, common in school contexts. In this sense, the most recurrent problems are, in fact, those related to attention, learning and memory, language and self-regulation (Teeter, 2009).
