Abstract
This topic begins with the theoretical contributions of Tejada Ossa (2024:6833), for whom paradigms in education imply the implementation of pedagogical strategies that break with traditional schemes, developing disruptive actions that allow entering the plane of action, linking the productive environment to the training process, assuming the responsibility of generating critical, creative, innovative and transforming thoughts that contribute to sustainable social development.
