The theoretical framework was based on the criteria of various authors such as Seijo and Carrasquero (2024),Carrasquero (2024), Pelekais, Seijo, Neuman and Tromp (2014), Andrade (2017), Cairo (2023), Bohórquez (2022), Cañas (2020), Tortosa (2023). ), among other authors.  Methodologically, it was characterized by being descriptive of the field, with a non-experimental-cross-sectional design, for which a population consisting of 312 employees was determined to which stratified sampling was applied, whose sample was made up of 6 directors and 87 people who They are part of the Administrative Headquarters. The data collection technique was a questionnaire made up of 31 items with Likert-type response alternatives (always, sometimes and never); which was validated through the Expert Judgment technique and reliability through the Alpha Cronbach coefficient which obtained 0.95%. For data processing, the descriptive statistics method was used as analysis measures in terms of absolute frequency and relative frequency. From the established results, a series of strategies were applied that will allow for continuous improvement in management, through the integration of prevention at all hierarchical and organizational levels for the use of methodologies, tools or flourishing activities. Therefore, it was recommended to establish in administrative departments the applicability of ergonomics as a tool promoted in their management, taking into account the implementation of ergonomic guidelines established by researchers.
