BETTER CALL SOCRATES: When going to the psychologist is not your solution.
Abstract
"BEST CALL SOCRATES: When going to the psychologist is not your solution," is the book that Mario Schilling wrote in the United States, after being trained in his capacity as Doctor of Philosophy at the University of Chile, by the world's leading association of philosophical therapy (the NPCA). In this work, he explains for the first time what this form of indispensable therapy consists of to help people overcome episodes of unhappiness and frustration, which are not necessarily due to psychological disorders, but rather to how to deal with philosophy with the painful problems of life .
