Human talent training as a revenue-generating strategy in business organizations
Abstract
The purpose of this article is to analyze, from a critical documentary perspective, the development of human talent as a revenue-generating strategy in business organizations. It employs a qualitative paradigm, a documentary analysis methodology, which utilizes information collection techniques in specialized databases and an analysis matrix for recording. The findings demonstrate that human talent development underpins revenue generation in any organization because better-trained personnel strengthen their competencies and skills, which positively impacts productivity. In conclusion, human talent development contributes significantly to revenue generation in business organizations because, to the extent that a company's intellectual capital improves its cognitive strengths, its performance will be successful.
