Abstract

This Enterprise aims to elaborate a business plan for the te´(Oceanté) de pescadería Mar de Cortez, Los Mochis, Sinaloa, México exportation to Phoenix, Arizona, US. The local market is increasingly competitive each year and it is necessary to immerse into new markets to obtain the necessary income to allow the survival and strengthening of the company. This business plan will allow the organization to draw a route that gives certainty and decreases the risks that participation in international market entails. For that reason, the most important variables in the target country, such as population, psychological closeness, and GDP per capita among others will be analyzed. Also, the relevance that represents sharing borders. This investigation was done using the Uppsala model from a post positivist paradigm that enrich our findings with the use of multiangulation.
