Abstract

Marisleidy Alba Cabañas (2020), in her book “Info-knowledge: A managerial proposal”, in 189 pages describes how knowledge currently constitutes a strategic resource, an important essential asset for the development of organizations. Noting that competitiveness will be for those who have the best defined knowledge and for those who handle it better. It is in this context that the IT tools that allow the management of information and knowledge in organizations reach a relevant meaning. The current dynamics of the business environment requires changes in the direction of organizations. Being necessary the use of tools that allow to scientifically argue the decision-making process in business management.
