Abstract

We begin the development of the topic with the contributions of Vieira De Souza, Jung and Fossatti (2021), for whom leading is an exercise that requires self-knowledge and constant improvement of skills and competencies. Pointing out that when it comes to innovation applied to leadership, good practices, as well as new methodologies to support management, are essential to assist the practice of leadership.
