Abstract

The purpose of this research is to present a context for the analysis of business strategy from the perspective of the entrepreneur's projection as an active entity in the face of strategy. This research focused on a theoretical reflection on the relationship between strategy and entrepreneur. For this purpose, the methodology used was bibliographical, using hermeneutics for the interpretation of texts. The first part of the document addresses various interpretations of "strategy", with particular attention to the work of Mintzberg, Ahlstrand and Lampel (1999), for categorizing the perspectives of the schools of strategy. The second part addresses three perspectives for the analysis of strategy as a projection of the entrepreneur: intended, realized, and integrative. It is concluded that strategy as a mental projection of the entrepreneur is a potential instrument of personal development for the entrepreneur in its three dimensions: individual, tribal, and collective, which can drive virtuous organizations.
