Abstract

The purpose of this article is to examine future trends in human resource development and training from a critical perspective. Using a post-positivist approach, using documentary and bibliographic design, a study universe comprised of 30 scientific articles from databases, institutional repositories, and recognized websites of business organizations specializing in human talent management was reviewed. The findings clearly indicate the need to emphasize proactive time off, redistribute time, and redesign roles to improve human resource performance. This includes strengthening the managerial skills required for the job through a strategic development and training plan that includes efficiency, commitment, and integration indicators. The conclusion is that there is a need to continue implementing a training and development plan that incorporates current dynamic strategies, in order to incorporate innovative and motivating trends in human resource management in business organizations.
