International comparisons to strengthen and promote the improvement of equity and quality of compulsory public education
Abstract
Thinking about international comparisons to strengthen and promote the improvement of equity and quality of compulsory public education, invites reflection on the dynamics and distortions of international comparisons, intelligent teaching with technology and the focus from the periphery to the center in policies educational. Faced with the paradox of the methodology used, it is directed in a bibliographic documentary review under the qualitative paradigm, with emphasis on the data collection technique located in the observation and analysis of the documents explored. In this order of ideas, the present article after the documentary analysis carried out, approaches the verification of the importance of the changes favored by the increasing digitization, the need to develop much faster and more powerful communication networks, due to the growth of the sector education with remote services with greater storage capacity and hyper-connectivity, and significant investments to guarantee the deployment of WiFi by universities.
