Empowerment as a dynamic axis of brilliant talent in contemporary Hispanic Americans organizations
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to generate various epistemic reports, in relation to empowerment as a driving axis of genius talent, in contemporary Latin American organizations. It is worth noting that the aforementioned investigative process found methodological support in the qualitative paradigm and the qualitative design and bibliographic method were also applied, in concatenation with the documentary technique. At the same time, it should be noted that in the development of this research, the following instruments were selected: the bibliographic matrix, the consistency matrix and the content analytical matrix. With the intervention of the documents selected as sources of information, findings were achieved that made it possible to recognize in empowerment, sui generis strategic attributes with a favorable impact on brilliant talent, even more so in the organic processes, contextualized in the contemporary administrative scene, from a fundamentally human and organizational spectrum. All of which was subjected to analysis, interpretation and confrontation, from the postulates of management sciences. After discussing the generated content, it was concluded that with support for appropriate management strategies; the anachronistic vintage organizational dynamics, inherent to the administrative context reflected in the countries of the American periphery, could be deconstructed; giving rise to strategic management of greater scope, significance and efficiency.
