Abstract

This research aimed to analyze smart decisions as a management tool aimed at sustainable competitiveness in business organizations, examining their interaction with strategic innovation, corporate resilience, and organizational sustainability. The study is based on the theoretical contributions of Farfán (2025), Boy et al. (2024), Moreno et al. (2024), Carhuancho (2024), Quispe et al. (2024), among others. A documentary methodology was applied focused on the collection, analysis, and synthesis of information from secondary sources. The results show that smart decisions operate as a catalytic engine that articulates tactical efficiency with strategic sustainability, optimizing resource allocation through analytical technologies. Likewise, they generate regenerative resilience in organizations that institutionalize this approach, transforming crises into innovation opportunities through the redesign of business models. This process drives the construction of three-dimensional ethical governance, based on structural trust, responsible innovation, and transformative reputation. Its implementation requires adaptive leadership that combines strategic intuition with advanced analytics. In conclusion, smart decisions redefine business management as a forward-looking value architecture, in which the synergy between technology, ethics, and uncertainty enables the codification of sustainable markets.
