The lack of equity, resistance to change, and difficulties in managing cultural and generational diversity in Panamanian companies limit innovation, affect the organizational climate, and hinder talent retention. This study aimed to analyze leadership and diversity through a multivariable analysis in Panamanian companies. The methodology adopted a mixed approach with a descriptive, exploratory, non-experimental, and field-based design, complemented by an interpretative analysis to enrich the data. The evidence revealed that inclusive leadership and cultural intelligence are critical factors for effective diversity management. Persistent challenges, such as unconscious biases and a lack of intercultural communication, were identified, and the crucial role of organizational culture in fostering an inclusive environment was highlighted. The study concludes that a comprehensive approach encompassing inclusive leadership, cultural competence, and adaptation to the local context is essential for building equitable work environments and enhancing business performance in Panama.
