Abstract

This book written in 2022 by Alejandro Schnarch Kirberg, reflects in its second edition a content in which you can read: Entrepreneurship, without a doubt, is something very positive, both at a personal and organizational level. Innovation is an unavoidable necessity for growth and development, however, this concept is not always well interpreted and is often confused with being independent and usually informal, as is the case in most Latin American countries. Practically any form of trade, business or provision of services that is carried out outside a dependent labor relationship is called entrepreneurship.
